Dan knows first hand how life-changing stretching can be. After nearly 20 years of living with chronic back pain caused by two herniated disks, he finally found lasting relief. What began as a personal journey to manage his own pain has turned into a passion for helping others discover the power of stretching to restore mobility, reduce discomfort and reclaim quality of life.
His goal is to share what he's learned - not just from research or training, but from real experience. He understand the frustration, the setbacks and the emotional tole of chronic pain. That's why Dan Has built a program that's gentle, effective and accessible to all levels. Whether you're dealing with back issues, stiffness or simply want to move and feel better, he's here to guide you on a path that works - because he's walked it before.
In Dan's early gym days he was introduced to conventional stretching and incorporated it into his daily routine, stretching after his weight training regimen, for 30 min, using 30 second holds. It helped, but not much. Then Dan found hot yoga and after a few months he asked the owner of the studio what the next step was in the yoga prog

It helped, but not much. Then Dan found hot yoga and after a few months he asked the owner of the studio what the next step was in the yoga progression. He suggested Yin Yoga. Long hold stretching, with breath.
Yin yoga would eventually heal Dan's chronic back pain. Wanting to help others with similar situations it eventually evolved into Table Yoga. Long, gentle holds on a massage table with assistance.
You just get to relax while the work is done for you.
