The day yoga changed Dan's life. Dec 19, 2012. He became a certified instructor and taught his first class a little over 2 years later. He uses a gentle, therapeutic approach with many options available for students to find their own practice within the flow of class.
Shari's gentle, affirming style is just what the soul requires to align, center and be well on all levels.
