6am Morning Yin Yoga Mon, Fri 60 min Gentle

  A wonderful way to ease into the week or weekend.  Slow, gentle warm up, a few sun salutations, on Monday's a few balance poses and a bit of Yin. Instructor:  (Yoga)Dan 

6am All Levels Yoga Core Wed 60 min Gentle

Challenge your self mid week with this Core class.  A yoga warm up, a few sun salutations , 20 plus minutes of yoga core, Pilates and other core exercises and then a bit of Yin. Instructor:  (Yoga)Dan 

8am Active Yoga Mon 75min Active

Slow warm up, Sun Salutations, active poses and then the YIN.  All levels activity, then gentle, relaxed holds. Stress relief and a great night's sleep are the signatures of yoga.  Instructor :Dan 

8am Morning Yin Wed, Sat 75min Gentle

  Slow, gentle warm up, a few sun salutations and then the Yin. Instructor:  Dan 

9am Slow Flow Yoga Tues 80min Active

This gentle, active class is a great class for the yogi that's looking for  a little more of a challenge than our Morning Yin or the relaxed classes   A good class for beginners looking for  an active practice.  Instructor: Tues: Marianne(rules the universe)  

9am Hatha Yoga Thurs 80min Active

This gentle, active class is a great  for the yogi that's looking for  a little more of a challenge than our Morning Yin or the relaxed classes   A good class for beginners looking for  an active practice.  Instructor:  Thurs: Genevieve(Superstar)

9am Guided Meditation/Yoga Nidra Fri 60min Very Gentle and Relaxed

What seems like a guided meditation is actually a Pratyahara practice. Pratyahara, the practice of withdrawing from external stimuli, is the 5th limb of yoga and a very effective way to reset the mind.  Breathing, relaxing & visualizing will place you right between the conscious and the sub conscious mind.  Instructor :(The amazing)Shari

9:30am $10 Community Core Sat 45min Very Active

Our most active class of the week. A little yoga and a lot of work on the mid section.  A strong core is fundamental. Instructor:Dan

6pm Restorative Yin Yoga Mon, Wed, 75min Gentle and Relaxed

Slow, relaxed stretching poses with slow, relaxed breathe best describes Yin yoga.  If you have never done yoga this is the perfect place to start.  The slow pace makes it easy for first timers.  And a good night's sleep is almost guaranteed.     Instructor:Dan

7pm Finesse Flow Tues 70 min Gentle

This active class combines movement, breath and mindfulness.  Instructor: Vanessa 

7pm Restorative Yoga Thursday 80 min Gentle and Relaxed

This slow gentle class will ease you into a great night's sleep.  All that's left is a bath and chamomile tea.  Instructor:  Genevieve

Dan Roberts

 The day yoga changed Dan's life. Dec 19, 2012.  He became a certified instructor and taught his first class a little over 2 years later.  He uses a gentle, therapeutic approach with many options available  for students to find their own   practice within the flow of class.

 Shari's gentle, affirming style is just what the soul requires to align, center and be well on all levels.
